Enrol-me.com a product ofTracksoft Solutions Private Limited. Enrol-Me is an online platform to support all kinds of admission/enrolment tasks/procedures. Enrol-Me acts as an agent to those who are promoting their registered organization's current/future program (course, curriculum, etc) for a given period (session) for which you (or your "Spouse / Children, etc.") would like to enrol. When you submit online application form/admission/program fees for a program, Enrol-Me will be handling the transaction and collecting payment/fees for the Enrol-Me registered the organisation as per their respective program Pricing and Availability. Enrol-Me sells a shared program application form/brochure on behalf of registered organisations and does not control the inventory or its availability and pricing.

Tracksoft Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the Tracksoft Solutions Private Limited. Tracksoft Solutions further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies, and assessments for availing the Tracksoft Solutions product service/s.
Registered Enrol-Me application users (Applicant) can pay their respective programs (Application Form / Admission / Program) fees and on those transactions, Enrol-me is subject to add non-refundable internet handling/convenience fee per transaction processing.
Internet handling / convenience fee does not include a payment gateway (service provider) fee. Enrol-Me reserve rights to change payment gateway service provider from time to time, without notice.

Sometimes, the program is cancelled or postponed or On-hold by the organization. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and initiate refund within 10-15 working days the amount as per the policy of the organization.

Applicant will receive refund amount (if any) within 15 business working days and respective refund amount will get credited to applicant's bank account through Cheque / NEFT / DD whichever is feasible.

If you do not receive a confirmation receipt/invoice (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm the same form your payment history or with the Customer Service Department whether or not your expected transaction has been completed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the respective transaction (selected program payment) process. Enrol-Me will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that the corresponding transaction was not completed because you failed to receive confirmation.
